YG Mag - 2 column wordpress theme

We are launching 2 themes today. First one is Yg Mag which is a 2 column fixed width wordpress theme.

Basic Requirement for installing theme:
This theme uses plugin which enables you to show number of times a post/page had been viewed. The plugin is called WP-PostViews 1.20 which could be downloaded from here

This theme uses 3 javascript files which is included in the theme folder namely:

  • prototype.lite.js
  • moo.fx.pack.js
  • moo.fx.js

For the tabs in the sidebar. The colors for this theme are simple with maximum focus being given to content. In place of regular posts on the main page Excerpt are displayed to reduce the scrolling on the home page.

I have used a small logo - A small leaf. You could replace logon.gif present in the images folder with your logo in 65*65 dimension.

Demo: YG Mag
Download - (widget ready): YG Mag
Download - (One used in demo but not widget ready): YG Mag

Beautiful theme but I have a problem and is that it doesn’t show any post at index. It shows the loop when no posts are found. And you can see that there are posts.

    May you help me?

The blog is http://apuntesweb.com (a testing purposes blog)

    “Fernando”

Actually the “Recent Entries” on top left in the home page would have 5 recent posts.

Below it in “Latest Additions” you would have posts from 6 to 10.

Add few more articles in your blog and the problem would vanish.

    You’re right, Thanks.

Another silly thing … It’s possible to show in Latest Additions the “latest entries”?. Actually it shows the most recent in the blue part and follows in the content.

    Hey!

Thanks for this great theme. One thing…and I’m not sure if this is something that is theme related or WP related. Apparently, someone not logged into my Wordpress has said that they are showing on each post that they are logged in as me (Mattie) and can access my profile and the editing post menus on my WP-Admin area. Any idea what this is?

    Thanks.

It might be a wordpress issue though I am not sure. I don’t think it could be due to anything in theme.

Nice theme. Is “Recent Enteries” a typo in this theme or in the distro version of the theme? (Should be “Recent Entries”.)
